Anglican Diocese Invites LGBT People to Become Priests

For many "Bible believing" Christians the story about the Anglican Diocese invitation for LGBT members (Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Transvestites) to become priests might seem like a shock.  However, it should serve as an indicator of the spiritual decline of Christian influence on the West. This is the result of undermining the value of God's WORD to those who are in the church. Jesus actually told us this would happen in the last days. So these events are similar to the bird in the coal mine, the reason coal miners keep birds in the mine is because they will die if there is toxic gas present, this give the miners time to get out before they die also.

When leadership in the church is shallow and  worldly it will follow the dictates of the crowd, it abdicates its leadership and becomes a follower. This is what we are seeing in the Anglican church here.

Come by Randy Davis

Randy Davis was a faithful servant of the LORD. This is his final paper, he calls the lost to  "Come" and find Jesus Christ, the invitation is open.  Randy struggled to breath a result of his job, the disease disabled him but he never complained, he only looked for the coming of the LORD. Randy was forced carry an oxygen tank wherever he went. However this never stopped him from going to Church, Bible Study or Men's Fellowship at Grace Church In Middleburg Hts., Ohio. God Bless you Brother. He requested this paper be made available.

The unbeliever's dilemma is with sin; next the unbeliever is faced with the task of finding a
solution for sin; third, Jesus' precious blood is the only solution that God the Father will accept for sin - just the facts.

"Come!"

There are two poems that I like: one by Gwendolyn Brooks - "We real cool" about drop
ping out of school, and the second one by Langston Hughes - "Harlem," better known by the first

The Power of Spiritual Habit

Power of HabitThe Power of a Spiritual Habit

Habits are a powerful thing, they can set a person up for greatness or for failure.  What exactly is a habit? A habit is a personal activity you don't really have to think about, it’s an action you do automatically. According to Marrion-Webster it is a usual way of behaving : something that a person does often in a regular and repeated way. Everybody has habits or routines, such as waking up, going to Starbucks at 7 AM before work, smoking a cigarette when pressure builds, etc. Habits are created and become part of our life until something changes.

Now many might think habits are easy to make and break, that is hardly the case.  Habits are not only actions we choose to do, habits become part of our brain physiology.  In his groundbreaking book, The Power of Habit, Charles Duhigg clearly shows this physiological aspect.

“This process within our brains is a three-step loop. First, there is a cue, a trigger that tells your brain to go into automatic mode and which habit to use. Then there is the routine, which can be physical or mental or emotional. Finally, there is a reward, which helps your brain figure out if this particular loop is worth remembering for the future: THE HABIT LOOP”― Charles Duhigg,
