Reason 21: The Shroud of Turin Physical Evidence of Jesus Resurrection
Is there any physical evidence Jesus even existed? Yes, beside the archeological evidence found in Jerusalem confirming the testimony of scripture. One of the most amazing and controversial pieces of evidence for Jesus of Nazareth is the Shroud of Turin. The Shroud of Turin is rectangular cloth measuring 4.4 × 1.1 m (14.3 × 3.7 ft), the cloth is woven in a 3 to 1 Herringbone twill. On this cloth is an image of man both the front and back, he appears to be been crucified, his arms and legs are pierced, along with his side. His front and back appear to be whipped, and his head appears to have the wounds from piercings of thorns.
The question asked by is this Jesus’ burial cloth or is it just an artist’s forgery? Critics argue that this was created in the middle ages and is just a forgery. They say carbon dating has proven it has been dated to the 12th century, therefore
Reason 18: Isaiah 53: Jesus Ministry described 700 years before His Birth
Why should anyone believe in Jesus? What proof do we have that he lived? This is a charge skeptics, atheists and secularists often make about Jesus. How would you respond? What proof do we have that Jesus lived? Of course one response is we have a non-Christian witness to the life of Jesus, both Roman and Jewish historians wrote about him. Most of all, we have those who walked and talked with Jesus, they affirmed he exist in the New Testament era.
There is another witness about Jesus, it’s the Old Testament, the Old Testament was written between 1450 to 425 B.C., yet it gives us detailed information that can only be fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ revealed in the New Testament. One of the most powerful examples for any Christian to be armed with is Chapter 53 of Isaiah.
Reason 8: The Historicity of the Old Testament (Tanakh)
The Bible both Old and New Testament were written over a period of time covering more than 1500-years. From 1450 B.C, to almost 100 AD, the words of the Bible were written within the context of the historical events of the day. If the Bible is to be considered accurate and true, the events recorded in the Bible should correspond with the recorded historical events outside of the Bible.
Reason 7: The Dead Sea Scrolls and the Silver Scrolls
In 1947, near the Dead Sea in an area known as Qumran ancient Hebrew manuscripts were discovered that had been hidden for thousands of years. Prior to the discovery of these manuscripts, the oldest existing complete copies of the Old Testament were only dated to 1008 A.D., causing many to question the reliability scripture. At the site of Qumran, the community known as the Essenes[1] were actively involved in the copy and transmission of scripture, before their destruction by the Romans in the first and second century. The Essenes hid their treasured manuscripts in caves to prevent their destruction by the Romans. Hidden away they would be discovered two-thousand years later.
Reason 6: Protein Manufacture: Ribosomes Prove the Existence of God
How could we ever live without our laptops and cell phones which are really mini computers? It’s hard to believe but computers and cell phones are relatively new technology that did not exist 100-years ago. Its hard for us to realize the incredible foundation of discovery that is required for the computer to even exist, first we need the invention of electricity, then the design of microprocessors, software design, the design of plastic, glass and metal to house the equipment and the list goes on. Each of these revolutions in technology were used to develop the laptop and cell phone many of use for business, home and entertainment. We reap the benefits of years of research and development for the past thousand years of human existence.
Reason 5: The First Cell
Where did life come from? Either it was created or it came about by accident are really the only two options. Wait!, someone might respond, what if it came from outer space, what if we were seeded by alien beings? The alien seeding is only removing the argument from this world and sending it to another. Because the follow up question is what caused the alien life?

The Golan Heights as a possession of Israel stretches back to the time of Moses about 3500-years ago. Israel on its route to take the “Promised Land” from the Canaanites, first took possession of the lands on the eastern side of the Jordan River. Before Joshua led the children of Israel into the Promised Land, Moses conquered the land and the tribes of Manasseh, Gad and Reuben took possession, during Moses lifetime. The land of the Golan Heights was given to the “Half Tribe of Manasseh” the other half took possession of land on the other side of the Jordan.

So these events are similar to the bird in the coal mine, the reason coal miners keep birds in the mine is because they will die if there is toxic gas present, this give the miners time to get out before they die also.
When leadership in the church is shallow and worldly it will follow the dictates of the crowd, it abdicates its leadership and becomes a follower. This is what we are seeing in the Anglican church here.
